Wine class: Natural Regional Italian Wines & paired panini

A class to introduce you to the world of natural wine and Italian regional wines through tasting, theory and curiosity! You will learn not only about the differences and characteristics of regional Italian wines, from north to south, but also about the basics of winemaking, what the main differences are between conventional wine and natural wine (including what 76 additives are allowed in conventional wine), how to taste defects in wine and what they mean, as well as the difference between biodynamic and organic winemaking. Includes a pairing of regional panini! This will be fun and tasty. Very limited spots.
