A class to introduce you to the world of natural wine through lots of tasting, theory and curiosity! You will learn about the basics of winemaking, what the main differences are between conventional wine and natural wine (including what 76 additives are allowed in conventional wine), how to taste defects in wine and what they mean as well as the difference between biodynamic and organic winemaking. Come armed with all your questions! There will be tasty nibbles to go with the wine tastings too.
